Graham Bell – Winemaker, Cooper Vineyards. A native of Swarthmore, PA, Graham spent time in California before moving to his family's Fluvanna farm in the 1980s. Graham's winemaking experience was with some of the earliest wineries established in Virginia including Montdomaine and Horton Cellars. In 1991, he was full time assistant winemaker at Montdomaine, in 1996 winemaker at Horton, 2001 winemaker at Lake Anna Winery. A true artist of wine, Graham has been winemaker for Cooper Vineyards since 2002.

Michael Boone ("Boone") – Vineyard Manager – Originally moved to Charlottesville in 1974. In 1986, Boone was hired by Oakencroft Winery, one of Virginia's very first wineries. For 22 years at Oakencroft, Boone learned all aspects of viticulture and vineyard management as well as the wine business as a whole. In 2008, the proprietor of Oakencroft Winery retired and closed the winery. After a brief job search, Boone was hired as Vineyard Manager by Cooper Vineyards in the spring of 2008. Boone manages the care of the entire vineyard including planting, pruning and harvest and is first assistant to Graham in processing the grape tonnage.

Tyler Maddox – Festival Manager – a native of Stafford and a graduate of North Stafford High School, Tyler joined the Cooper Vineyards staff in the fall of 2010. In addition to festival manager, he has rapidly become known as the one who can fix or lift anything, regardless of size or complexity. Tyler will also be found assisting Graham and Boone with harvest and vineyard projects.

Leslie Wensel – Wine Club and Office Manager – A native of California and a wine afficionado, Leslie moved with her husband, David, to Virginia in 1994. At that time, they had the good fortune to acquire the Wensel family farm in Gordonsville, where they now raise numerous animals, including sheep, goats, dogs and various ducks and poultry. A medical transcriptionist, Leslie followed her interest in wine, spending weekends traveling to visit many of Virginia's wineries. She has worked for Cooper Vineyards on a part time basis since 2002, was recently promoted to Office and Wine Club Manager. Her favorite Cooper wines are Viognier, Norton and Petit Verdot.
