Cooper Vineyards is open daily from 11:00 to 5:00 PM. Come visit and enjoy an array of award winning wines in our tasting room. All events are rain or shine and advance ticket purchases are WILL CALL - Save your confirmation email and show it at the door. All event purchases are non-refundable. In cases of a posted rain date, you may use previously purchased ticket for that event.

June 8 - Locust Grove Wine Festival: Enjoy Wine Tasting, Artwork and a day of music at the historic Locust Grove Farm in Walkerton - King and Queen County. Just a short drive from Richmond, Fredericksburg or Virginia Beach. Artists and Virginia Farm Wineries will be attending the event on the bluffs of the Mattaponi River at historic Locust Grove Farm. “Picture Perfect” at Cooper Vineyards

2 workshops held:Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 6-8pm
Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 3-5pm

While using wine, grapes, and the beautiful scenery at Cooper Vineyards as our subject matter, you will learn how to get the most out of your Digital SLR camera. The workshops cover how to approach the vineyard as a grand landscape all the way down to near microscopic macro. A number of shooting techniques will be addressed such as light and shadow manipulation, depth of field, motion blur, artistic and commercial compositions, color and B&W and special effects. Be sure to bring your camera manual and get ready to learn about many of the settings to make your pictures look better than you ever imagined.

The price of $59 includes a wine tasting at Cooper Vineyards and Cooper Vineyard Wine Club members get $10 off.
